You may be wondering
- Do I need to book an appointment? Yes — meetings are strictly by appointment only. A notary meeting is usually in person; however, remote and electronic notarisation options are possible, so please enquire.
- Is the notary available at short notice and outside normal business hours? Yes — appointments may be arranged for early morning, evenings and weekends.
- What is the fee? The basic fee is £90. If you send your documents to me in advance, I can provide an accurate quotation.
For individuals and businesses
We notarise documents for individuals and for businesses. I can also provide an Apostille legalisation and consular verification service.
How to instruct us
- Step 1 — Contact me to make an appointment.
- Step 2 — Depending on the documents you want notarised, I may ask you to send them (by email or WhatsApp) in advance.
- Step 3 — As appropriate, I will send you my online RedSeal Client Registration Form to complete and return. This saves a lot of time at the meeting.
Not a rubber stamp
Seeing a notary is never a mere rubber-stamping exercise. The international duty of a notary involves a high standard of care — not only towards you, the client, but also towards anyone else who needs to be sure the document is genuine and may be relied upon.
